Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Farm Stay

Payment Policy - 50% advance required for confirmation of the booking and remaining 50% to be paid minimum one day before arrival.

Refundable deposit of Rs. 3,000 to be paid in advance minimum one day before arrival which will be returned within 24 Hrs after checkout.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund before 3 days of the check-in date. NO refund within 3 days of the check in date.

For Products

Refund Policy:

We will be unable to cancel the order, once it has been placed on the website. Since these are food items, the products cannot be returned and no refund will be processed.

Shipping Policy:

Upon payment, orders are delivered within 7 working days. We work with large network of courier partners and choose the best partner based on your location and time of order to ensure speedy delivery.

There maybe some unexpected delays in shipments due to weather conditions or government regulations regarding delivery of e-commerce shipments.
